Instructions to File a Warranty Claim

Please address any warranty service request to the Swiss Crown USA service center at (800) 528-4157 or by email info(at)swisscrown.com. You will be issued a Warranty Return Authorization Form and Authorization Number.

 
Securely Packing and Shipping your Watch Return

It is important for you to take great care in packaging your watch when returning it. Please follow these specific instructions:

  • Place watch inside a padded envelope, like a UPS Express padded envelope. If sending more than one watch, use separate envelopes for each watch.

  • Place the padded envelope(s) inside a box, like a UPS Express small box.

  • Place that small box inside a second larger box, like a UPS Express medium box.

  • Include your Warranty Return Authorization Form and Authorization Number.

  • Attach your mailing label to the outside of the box.

  • Tape box securely.

  • Please ship via a method that provides a receipt and guarantee of signed delivery. Drop off at a UPS store or call UPS for pickup and request a receipt.

  • Please insure the watch(es) for your full purchase price.

We will confirm the receipt of your watch by email, fax, or telephone immediately upon receipt and when we ship the watch back to you. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repairs.


Please Note: We cannot ship returns back to a post office box or rural route. We can only ship to a verifiable address . A signature is required upon delivery.


We reserve the right to refund to you the price you paid for the watch in lieu of repairing it under the Limited Warranty. Additional documentation for international shipments may be required.
